Required Documents at Pickup
The following documents are mandatory at the time of pickup. Rental will not proceed without valid documents.
Original Driving License with MCWG endorsement
Aadhaar Card or any Government Photo ID
Expired licenses or photocopies are not accepted. Rider must be 18 years or older.
Helmet Policy
1 ISI-certified helmet is provided free with every rental. Wearing a helmet is mandatory as per Indian traffic law.
- Additional helmets available on request (subject to availability).
- Sri Ganesh Bike Rentals is not liable for any accidents caused by not wearing a helmet.
Fuel Policy
Bikes are delivered with a full fuel tank. Return the bike with a full tank or pay the difference.
- Fuel costs during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
- If returned with less fuel, the cost difference will be charged at actuals.
Usage Rules
- No drunk driving. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Rider must be 18 years or older with a valid MCWG driving license.
- Sub-renting or lending the bike to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Off-road riding, racing, or stunt riding is not permitted.
- The renter is responsible for all traffic fines and challans during the rental period.
- In case of an accident, immediately inform us at +91 91004 38272 and the nearest police station.
Late Return Policy
A grace period of 2 hours is allowed. Beyond that, a late fee of ₹100 per hour will be charged.
- Please inform us in advance if you need an extension — we'll try our best to accommodate.
- Extensions are subject to bike availability.
Cancellation Policy
24+ hours before pickup
Full refund
6 – 24 hours before pickup
50% of rental amount charged
Less than 6 hours / No-show
No refund
Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or call to +91 91004 38272.
Damage & Liability
- The customer is fully responsible for any damage or theft during the rental period.
- Minor scratches: ₹500 – ₹1,000
- Dents or panel damage: ₹1,500 – ₹5,000 (based on repair estimate)
- Engine damage: Actual repair cost
- Total loss / theft: Full market value of the bike
- Missing accessories (mirrors, keys, etc.): ₹200 – ₹800 per item
General Terms
- Sri Ganesh Bike Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.
- We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in or on the bike.
- By completing a booking, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
- Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
